Donald H.  Latzer has been practicing law since 1977 and has been a California State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist  since 1988.  Mr Latzer received his BA degree from the California State University, Northridge and his JD degree from the University of LaVerne.  Mr Latzer has also been an instructor for several seminars at the National Business Institute.
